One of Ubisoft's most anticipated games is still in a really complicated state

One of the most anticipated games by many people is without a doubt Beyond Good & Evil 2. This installment was officially announced in 2008, 16 years ago and after all this time, the news has not arrived. After a supposed restart in development, the title still does not offer official details to players and although many already fear its cancellation, Tom Henderson has confirmed that this installment still exists, however he also states that “it's very complicated”. Presumably it refers to its development.

This seems to be not the only installment that is suffering from problems; during the month of December, new clues were offered about Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition. This game would arrive in the form of a remake to offer a facelift to the saga so celebrate its twentieth anniversaryHowever, for now there is no more news about it. Although for now it is still expected to be launched this year in 2024, so we will have to pay close attention to future news that comes out about it.

Beyond Good & Evil 2 is moving forward, although things seem complicated

The person responsible for offering this information has been the well-known insider Tom Henderson. All this happened during a conversation on Twitter, a user asked when they would cancel this game and Paul Tassi, writer at Forbes commented that this game can no longer exist. At those words, good Tom decided to comment that yes, that the title exists and is still in development, although everything seems very complicated. Of course, this installment does not have a moment of respite.

As you can see, it seems that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is still far from seeing the light, at least after the latest information offered by the insider. We will see if this year Ubisoft decides to show something else so that all those people who are waiting for this installment don't lose hope. Of course, it's easy to think that after so much time, the game won't finally come out.

We will be very attentive to everything that may come soon, Beyond Good & Evil became one of Ubisoft's most beloved games, so this second part is a title truly anticipated by millions of players. After the cancellation of The Division Heartland, anything seems possible.
