Cookie comes from a very rich family. He doesn’t like the idea of being exposed to another British kid.

Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide is an animated television series that follows the adventures of Ned and his friends. In a typical episode, they come up with schemes that are silly and often cause trouble for the school.

Ned’s and Cookie’s schemes are always outlandish and usually end up in trouble. The cartoon has three or four plots packed into just over ten minutes.
