As every May 27, National Celiac Day is celebrated, a day that seeks to remember the importance of a gluten-free diet for those who are intolerant to said protein.

Approximately 2% of the Spanish population is celiac and to go out for lunch or dinner they need a reliable place where they can taste an exquisite gluten-free menu.
