2023 has been a spectacular year for the video game industry, resulting in many of us having witnessed one of the best years of the video game industry in terms of releases. However, among all the video games that have stood out at all levels, in the indie sector none has had as much impact as Sea of ​​Starsa video game that many considered as the candidate to be nominated for GOTY on the indie side, and it has even won this award at the Alfa Beta awards.

However, beyond the awards and popularity it has acquired, these usually have the consequences that indies have physical release at some pointbeing that in the case of Sea of ​​Stars it was announced at the time that it would have a physical version in stores, although without announcing its release date. Or so it was until now.

Sea of ​​Stars will launch its physical version on May 10

Along with the announcement that a patch has removed a character from the game, now it's time to talk about the physical version of Sea of ​​Starswhich has been confirmed for launch next May 10giving way to fans of the Sabotage role-playing game taking a while to mark this day on their calendars.

It should be noted that this edition will be released with illustrations by conceptual artist Bryce Kho, as well as a double-sided poster by the same artist and a digital download of the entire soundtrack. All this for a price of $39.99 which, as usual, should translate into €39.99 as has been the case for years. Of course, it will not be the only version of Sea of ​​Stars that will be launched on the market, since for just 5 $/€ more we will have extras such as a retro instruction manual, stickers, among other extras.

With all this said, all that remains is to wait, although until then know that Sea of ​​Stars is available digitally for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PC since last year, while for the cartridge and disc version it will be enough wait until May 10.
