How Do I Eat? is a game designed by Alcampo and Comansi that aims to raise awareness and teach children about the basics of healthy eating.

The game has a board made up of columns for each meal of the day and on each of them you must place cards that represent different types of food.

In addition to trying to get points, players will be able to find cards with activities they must complete, as well as answer questions, among other actions.

There will be 3 winners and each one will take the game How Do I Eat?
