The Nintendo Direct in June 2024 has featured third-party announcements from companies such as Ubisoft, which has announced Just Dance 2025 Edition, the new installment of the legendary dance saga that turns 15 years old. Under its new format as a streaming platform in the form of a game, this year's edition is confirmed for now for Nintendo Switch with songs like “Yes, And?” by Ariana Grande and “Galabria 2007” by Anur ft. Natasja.

For now, it is known that Just Dance 2025 Edition will include 40 “new popular songs” throughout history, with five of them already revealed. However, there is hardly any information about the title, since after the Nintendo Direct no further details of the game have emerged, which presumably will also come to PlayStation, Xbox and PC as usually happens.

This year, the game will once again be compatible with Just Dance +, the subscription service that constantly renews its songs with more than 100 songs. The service, which has three types of subscription: 1 month for €3.99, 3 months for €9.99 and 1 year for €24.99, will have a free trial.

A Nintendo Direct full of ads

First of all, Mario & Luigi: Brotherly Connection has been announced, an unexpected title that will take the two brothers to travel around the world to face new challenges with a different graphic style. For its part, Donkey Kong Country Returns HD will make the leap to the hybrid console after premiering on Wii and later jumping to 3DS, from which it will now rescue its new levels introduced at that time.

Super Mario Party Jamboree has been another of the new games announced, in its case being the largest Mario Party to date: more than 110 minigames and seven game boards (five new and two rescued from the first two games in the saga). For its part, The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom will be the first adventure starring Princess Zelda after Link disappears. Finally, Metroid 4 Prime: Beyond is a reality and will arrive in the year 2025.
