The taquard of the film was the cinematography and musical score. The movie isn’t about the usual sex-related aplenty, but rather the highs and lows of being an average Joe. However, the film does have a few subplots squeezing in among the monotony.
The main event is Dean, an employee of a popular franchised restaurant. He has worked at the aforementioned establishment for four years. Although he is the head waiter, he isn’t exactly a party animal, and is envious of his classmate Chett’s lucrative electrical engineering career. In the spirit of the show, however, Dean decides to have a little fun. This leads to the movie’s tastiest scene.
While a waiter is the star of the show, the other apex is the fabled’smart’ manager. Besides, Dean’s petty jealousy is a surefire way to get laid, and no one likes a cheater.
Dane Cook
Dane Cook is an American actor and comedian. He is best known for his roles in Good Luck Chuck, My Best Friend’s Girl, and Employee of the Month.
Dane Cook started out as a stand-up comic in the early 90s. However, his early work was disastrous. The first comedy special he ever did was called Harmful If Swallowed.
During the mid 2000s, Dane Cook’s career skyrocketed, with many high-profile roles. His breakout role was in the 2006 film Good Luck Chuck. Although he had a lot of success, he also received backlash.
Dane Cook has appeared in a variety of films and television projects, including The Office, Workaholics, and American Gods. In fact, he is set to play Robbie in American Gods.
One of his earliest roles was in the comedy Waiting…, which opened in October 2005. This film is a satirical look at the lives of waiters at a chain restaurant.

The wait staff of the storied Shenaniganz restaurant have a few perks including an awe-inspiring name and a great place to work. Unfortunately, they also have some beefy competition from Ta-Ta’s Wing Shack. With bigger tips and a bit of ingenuity, they manage to get by in this competitive environment.
One thing that the wait staff have in common is their enthusiasm. While it may seem like they just can’t help themselves, the staff are not without their fair share of misbehaviors. A few of them have been known to wear the wrong hat. Some have gone so far as to feign incompetence and refuse to answer questions. Others have thrown in the towel and given up altogether. This isn’t a new problem, but it is one that has only been quelled in recent years.
Justin Long
When Justin Long starred in Waiting… (2005), he played a down-on-his-luck server named Dean. He’s in high school, working at a restaurant, and trying to find a better career. But he also finds himself questioning his entire life.
As he tries to figure out how to make it in his new position, he starts to wonder about his dead-end life. Then a former classmate comes along with a promising job. And he learns that another high school friend has a lucrative electrical engineering career.
The film was directed by Rob McKittrick, who also has worked with Justin Long in two other films. His role as AJ is very unlikeable, and he makes the audience dislike him. Luckily, he does deliver a performance that can’t be ignored.
Anna Faris
Waiting is an independent black comedy starring Ryan Reynolds. It’s one of the best movies of the year and it’s got a lot of sex. Despite the mediocre production, it boasts a strong cast, including the likes of Anna Faris and Emmanuelle Chriqui. In fact, half of the principals made the cut for the sequel, Still Waiting.
The film’s other claims to fame include the most Oscars minted for an acting role in a movie since 2007. On top of the aforementioned, the film also features a slew of bêtes noires akin to the real life aficionados you’ll find in the aforementioned tavern. While some of the cast has already been in other movies, this is the first time we’ve seen this group of actors in a single picture.
