Ubisoft sets up a circus, grows dwarfs, decides to start a basketball team and everyone gets injured in the first game. The bad luck (or bad management) of the French company in relation to the Assassin's Creed Shado announcement is giving a lot to talk about, since although we have been knowing for days that today, May 15, will be the big reveal of the next video game in the franchise, the truth is that there will be few surprises at this rate.

This is because yesterday the release date and the Season Pass that would arrive to Assassin's Creed Shadows were leaked, which in itself has lessened the impact of this afternoon's live, especially since it was Ubisoft itself that revealed this information. However, if this was not enough, now we have even been able to meet the two protagonists.

A shinobi and a samurai will star in Assassin's Creed Shadows

In itself it was already an open secret that Assassin's Creed Shadows was going to have two protagonists, since in the past the game menu confirming this was leaked. However, now the Rainbow Six Siege leaker known as Ubisoft_Frax has arrived for confirm that we will indeed control a samurai and a shinobi.

It should be noted that from what has been known about these two, the samurai will be an african refugee while the shinobi will join the Brotherhood of Assassins of Japanboth being in this open world action role-playing title, but with stealth mechanics that have been inspired by Hitman and Splinter Cell. It will be this afternoon when we can see the premiere of its cinematic trailer:

For the rest, it must be said that, although there is no official confirmation at the moment, it has been announced that Assassin's Creed Shadows will be the first exclusive game of the new generationso it will not be released on PS4 or Xbox One. In any case, and unless there is a change of plans, know that Assassin's Creed Shadows will be released on November 15 for Xbox Series, PS5 and PC At the same time, its first gameplay will be revealed at the Ubisoft Advance on June 10.
