Taking advantage of the release of the prequel to A Quiet Place, Saber Interactive announced A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, a horror adventure that will arrive this year on PlayStation 5, Xbox One and PC via Steam, being a project that was already underway back in 2021. However, in just over two months all kinds of details have been revealed about the title that Now has a release date.
A new trailer for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead has finally confirmed that the title It will be available from October 17 for 29.99 eurosfeaturing pre-order incentives such as a Hospital Supplies Pack containing 2 batteries and 3 inhalers; access to 10 exclusive concept art collectibles; and exclusive viewing of creature animations.
The game will feature A unique survival story unlike the ones in the movieswhile respecting the invasion of deadly creatures that come to Earth to silence it. Players will thus experience the external and internal journey of A young woman who must resist a terrible apocalypse in the midst of family conflictsall while fighting her own fears.
In the story trailer, it was revealed that there will be two protagonists, Alex y Martin“an asthmatic college student trying to survive the end of the world with her boyfriend,” this condition being key, possibly influencing the mechanics of controlling her breathing to avoid making noise.
Gameplay-wise, absolute silence must be achieved while hiding in certain places and sneaking away from horrible creatures that hunt using only sound. All while creating your own path through a world that invites you to observe your surroundings to find tools, among other features.

The characters in these films live in absolute silence, walk barefoot and communicate through sign language, since the slightest mistake could cause a fatal outcome.
