Taylor Hawkins, Foo Fighters drummer, died: his last show was in Argentina

The drummer of the American band Foo Fighters, Taylor Hawkins, He passed away during the afternoon of Friday, March 25, in Bogotá, Colombia.

The 50-year-old musician was found dead in his hotel room in the Colombian capital. The band traveled to perform at the Estereo Picnic Festival.

The news was released through a statement on the band’s social networks. So far the cause of death has not been specified.

On the stage where they were expected to play at the Estereo Picnic Festival, candles are being lit in tribute to Taylor.

Prior to joining the Foo Fighters, Hawkins was the drummer for Alanis Morissette on her first world tour with ‘Jagged Little Pill,’ where she met former Nirvana ex-Nirvana Dave Grohl.

The Sunday March 20, 2022 was his last showgiven at the San Isidro Hippodrome as part of Lollapalooza Argentina.
